Why is Taxx Savage Proweb Saying My Username is Not Valid?

When you encounter a message, 'The username entered is not valid' while trying to reset your  ProWeb account password, try the following before contacting support: 

Check the website you're on.

The username error is mostly associated with the Wrong website. If you are using the branded website, ensure that you are at the correct branded website.

Check the Spelling of your name.

Verify that you have correctly spelt your username. The casing of the letters is not significant.  However, any difference in spelling will not be recognized by the website.

Have you changed your username? 

Your username may change when you get a new account or get your own tax office after quitting a previous one. 

To avoid the username invalid error, confirm that the username you are using is the current username and that it is correctly written.
