When I’m Trying to Import an App Return It Keeps Saying There is No Data.

When you try importing a Taxes To Go return but you receive a notification that there is no data matching, you might have either used the wrong email or tax code or both for the tax return. It is therefore important that you ensure you are using the correct email and tax code as your tax payer. 

The taxpayer can go to the settings tab of their Taxes To Go app to check their email and tax code. In addition, you should also ensure that the details have no typing errors.
