What is Paychex and How Do I Use It?

Paychex is a secure online platform that Taxx Savage uses to handle payments and tax information for our tax professionals.

How You Use Paychex:

  • Receiving Payments: Your earnings from preparing tax returns with Taxx Savage are directly deposited into your bank account through Paychex.

  • Updating Bank Information: You can easily update your bank account details within Paychex to ensure your payments are sent to the correct location. It is advised you contact Taxx Savage. You may miss Taxx savage payroll deadline and the change you made in the Paychex won’t be valid for that payroll period.
  • Accessing Your 1099: At the end of the year, you'll receive your 1099 tax form through Paychex. Just login to paychex or if you are registered as a company contractor you will receive through the mail. This form details your earnings from Taxx Savage for the year and is essential for filing your taxes.
