What Are the Requirements to Start With Taxx Savage?

Requirements:

To get started, you'll need to provide the following documents:

  • Social Security Number (SSN): A copy of your SSN card.
  • Government-Issued ID: A copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or state ID.
  • Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN): A copy of your PTIN letter for the current year.
  • W9 Form: A completed W9 form.

These documents are submitted when you sign your contract with Taxx Savage.

Common Issues & Solutions:

Here are some common issues we encounter with document submissions and how to resolve them:

  • Lost SSN Card: If you've lost your SSN card, you can submit a 1040 form or an SSN replacement card form instead.
  • PTIN Screenshots: Please submit the actual PDF letter from the IRS confirming your PTIN, not a screenshot.
  • Expired ID: If your ID has expired, you can provide a replacement letter from the issuing authority.
  • W9 Issues: If there are any discrepancies in your W9 information, please correct them and resubmit.
