How Can I Update My EFIN in ProWeb?
There are two basic steps to perform to update your EFIN; add the new EFIN and deactivate the old one.
To add a new EFIN:
- Select Configuration from the Welcome Page of your ProWeb Office
- Go to ERO Setup
- Select the +ADD ERO option
- You will then be required to provide all information for the ERO. That includes to he address, Customer ID, the phone number and EFIN. If you have many locations in your office, fill the Office Identifier to help you differentiate them.
- To set the new EFIN as the Active and Default, mark these options:
- To complete the process, click Continue
Upon successfully setting up the new EFIN, deactivate the old one by:
- Go to the Configuration menu from the Welcome page of your ProWeb
- Proceed to ERO Setup
- Next to the old EFIN, click on the Edit option
- Then Uncheck the Active option to deactivate it:
- Once done, click Continue
Note: You can find the Customer ID for your EFIN in the Account Information in the Account Hub.
