E-File Menu 8879 Question Default - As you leave the 8879 menu, the program will inquire whether you would want to print Form 8879 at that time. As the default, it is set to YES, however, it can be changed to NO, or you can skip question.

Main Menu 7216 Question Default - Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code controls the use and disclosure of tax return information by tax preparers. To conform to the regulation, every client should sign a Consent to Use Disclosure before starting their tax return in case you are providing services and preparing taxes. The selection is, by default, set to YES, however, it can be set to NO or Skip Question.

Select Printer when Printing - Set this to YES in case you have several printers that may print tax returns. This will enable you to select the printer you want to use while in the return.

Print Using Bold Font - Set this option to YES in case you would like to bold the amounts that are printed on the tax return. Thi is the main benefit for legacy dot matrix printers. It may however slow the printing process on laser printers and provide no visible difference in Print quality.
