I Forgot My Password, What Can I Do? 

Whenever you forget your password, you must create another one.


Note: Your forgotten Taxx Savage ProWeb password cannot be retrieved. Instead, a new one has to be created. You will not be allowed to use either of the last 5 passwords that you have used for ProWeb. 


To create a new password: 

  • Go to the login page of the Taxx Savage ProWeb 
  • Select Forgot Password 
  • Write your username in the field provided then click submit 
  • Complete the Account Verification as required 
  • Then choose whether to receive the validation code through Text Message or Email. 
  • Click on the option Send Code
  • Dial in the Verification Code then click Verify 
  • Use the password guidelines provided to create a New Password 
  • Click Submit 
  • You will receive a notification informing you that there has been an update on your password. 
  • Click Back, then, using your New Password, login to your Taxx Savage ProWeb.
