How can I Start a New Return in the ProWeb? 

You must first completely Configure your Office to be able to start preparing tax returns. For preparation of a new return: 

• Click on Start a New Tax Return  on your office's Welcome Page 
• At the bottom of the popup window, click on Start Return 
• Enter the SSN for the taxpayer then select Start Return
