Where Can I Configure Tax-related Bank Products in the Proweb?

The program can be customized to provide tax-related bank products on returns only after the bank enrollment application has been completed and approved by the bank. 

If you would like to have the ProWeb accept bank products on tax returns: 

  • Select Configuration from the  Welcome Page 
  • Go to Office Setup 
  • Proceed to the Selected Bank section
  • To select a bank, click the dropdown menu 

This menu shows only those banks that have accepted you. 

Necessary information  such as advance approval, additional fees and disbursement types are pulled from the enrollment application when you select a bank in the Office Setup.
