You can use the Flip Active Status option to mark all your preparers inactive at once. This is particularly useful if your employees are seasonal, that way, in just a single click, you can mark all these employees inactive.
The Flip Active Status option can be accessed through:
- Click Configuration on the ProWeb Welcome Page
- Go to Preparer’s Menu
- Select the option Flip Active Status
Reminder: All logins including your own will be marked inactive when you use the Flip Active Status option. You should therefore mark your login and other logins of your choice active again before exiting the Preparer’s menu.
You will NEVER be able to access your ProWeb Office if you don’t reactivate your login.
The dropdown menu next to Flip Active Status can be changed to Show All or Inactive, enabling you to reactivate the logins.
After the preparer’s list appears, check the boxes on the right-hand side to reactivate an account.
