Turn On/Off Automatic Receipt Printing
Taxx Savage enables you to print a receipt with four parts for every customer introduced into the program - File Copy, Client Copy, Money Copy and Daily Report Copy. You can either enable or disable these options based on your choice of receipt to be generated. In case you enable this option, once the return is marked complete, the four part receipt will be automatically printed. To disable the automatic printing of the four part receipt:
- Go to the Main Menu of Taxx Savage Pro
- From the menu, select Configuration
- Proceed to Fees/Billing Setup
- To the Question “Do You Want to Generate a Printed Receipt?” - Change the answer to NO.
Note: In an office preparing returns on various computers, the change can only be made on the computer that has been selected as the file server.
