  3.   Use a different browser.

Log Out and Log Back In:

- Try to log out and then log back in. This simple action often corrects error messaging.

Clear Cache:

- Sometimes, older caches items make new updates have issues. Clearing the cache quickly resolves the issue.

- Press the CTRL + H keys on your keyboard. Pick Clear Browsing Data. Ensure the Caches Images and Files box is checked. Open a new browser

Try a Different Browser:

- Some browsers work better than others with our software. If you are experiencing issues, try a different browser.

- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are the best browsers for our system.

- Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox do not always work well in our system.
