I Can’t See Documents Sent to Me by the Taxpayer in Taxes to Go.

You should be able to see any document sent to you through the Taxes To Go app the moment they is sent. 

 If documents are sent to you but you are unable to see them in the return, try either of the following to solve the problem: 

  • Ensure that you have claimed the taxpayer’s app return. It is only after you claim the returns that any document sent to you can be visible in the Taxes To Go app. 
  • If you have claimed the return but still can’t see the documents, either refresh or restart the program. If you are on the ProWeb, refresh the page while if on the Pro Desktop, restart the program. 

Note: When the taxpayer fails to complete the My Tax Return section, you will need to manually pull in the app return in order to see the documents uploaded by the taxpayer. If you don't do this, the documents won’t be visible in your Taxes To Go queue.
