What Can I Do When the Taxpayer’s Signature is Not Visible in the Tax Return?
When the taxpayer submits their signature but it is not visible in the tax return, try the following to resolve the problem:
- On the Pro Desktop, go to reciept menu, enter the return again then go back to the receipt menu. You can then restart the program.
- On the ProWeb, simply refresh the page.
When you have completed these processes but the signatures are still not showing, request the taxpayer to resign the documents.
