# Tax Preparer Accounting

To view the disbursements for your customers payments, please check the softwares Client list ‘Tools’\>dropdown box ‘Client Status, in the section Refund, Deposit, and Fees Overview is your customers payout, date, and amount. If you don’t see anything listed, it has not been paid out.

You can also go to the reports section of the software and get a listing of all your clients under **Financial Reports scroll down to fee deposits or old deposits.** If your customers owe any outstanding debt that's reported to the federal agencies they will collect. Be mindful of any offsets that your client may or may not have told you about such as child support, tax liens, judgements, etc.

**BEST PRACTICES:** Call the offset line at 800-304-3107 as we recommend before applying for any advances. To ensure you get your prep fees.
