REFUND / DISPUTE POLICY
Platform Access & Dispute Restrictions
Client acknowledges that if a dispute, chargeback, or payment claim is filed against Taxx Savage, all access to the platform, software, payouts, and related services may be immediately restricted until the matter is fully resolved.
If any return submitted for review — including non-bank product returns — is missing required documentation, requires additional documentation, or is rejected by the IRS, and a fee dispute is filed, Taxx Savage reserves the right to suspend platform access pending resolution.
Client Financial Responsibilities
Client agrees to be responsible for the following:
- Any Stripe or payment processor dispute fees
- A 2% administrative fee for recalculation and processing, which will be deducted from held funds
- Any approved remaining balance will be released during the next applicable payout period after all fees and adjustments are deducted
Refund Policy
If anyone who has onboarded with Taxx Savage seeks a refund, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount after the contract is signed.
