How Can I View a Client's Scanned Documents?

On the ProWeb, you can access scanned documents either from within the tax return or through the main client list. 


From the client list 

In the Client list, search for the taxpayer whose documents you'd like to view then go to the Tools Menu. From the Menu, select Scanned documents. Automatically, all the documents previously scanned will be shown. 


From within a Tax return 

In the main menu, next to the taxpayer's name, there is a dropdown menu. Click on it then select the option  scanned documents. All the scanned documents will automatically be shown.


To upload scanned documents either through the client list or from within the tax return; select the +upload documents  Option then pick a file and drop it into the required field. The other option is to go to the where your scanned documents are stored in your computer then select a document.
