What is Pay-Per-Return? 

You can use our ProWeb to prepare and file tax returns on a Pay-Per-Return basis. A one time discount of 15 returns together with a ProWeb Office is given to anyone who buys Pay-Per-Return. Upon completion of the 15 returns, you must then buy more Pay-Per-Returns for you to prepare and file more returns. 


How does Pay-Per-Return used to count my returns? 

Every return prepared in your ProWeb office adds up to the total number of returns bought including the returns that have been E-Filed, deactivated or those still in progress.For you to continue preparing and e-filing returns past the 15 that were granted to you, you must purchase more regardless of whether you deactivate or e-file any of the discounted 15 returns. 


Am I given 15 returns every tax year by the program? 

No. You only have 15 total returns as someone who uses Pay-Per-Return. It does not matter which year you are filing a return for, any return filed counts to the total number of returns. 


How can I buy more returns? 

To buy more returns, kindly contact your sales representative. The contact information for your sales representative is found in your Account Hub. To find the contact details, go to the tile titled Sales Contact information which is in the Account Hub’s main page. 


Can I also access Premium Features? 

Yes. By using Pay-Per-Return, you are only limited as to the number of returns you can prepare. You are free to use all the other features such as the Taxes To Go, integrated return emailing and Customer Portal. 


Can I use Pay-Per-Return on the Pro Desktop software? 

No. You can only use Pay-Per-Return on the ProWeb.
