If a client is unable to receive the verification code, check whether the client is using T-Mobile or not. We have had problems with T-Mobile rejecting MFA codes to mobile phones. To solve this, have them contact T-Mobile to correct the problem on their phones.
In case your client doesn’t use T-Mobile, ensure that they use the correct phone number to create their accounts.
