Mobile App/Customer Portal

The Customer Portal and Mobile App selection is only available during the current tax year.

If your client says they sent documents to you and you don’t see them they may need to go back through the app and complete the entire process all the way to the end. In most cases they haven’t finished the application process.

PREPARER: YOU MUST go to the submission page to send the return to the client to be signed.

Customer Portal Instructions: Your client should select preparer files- they will see the return, It should be approx. 40 pages. Click to add signature (blue button) a white box will open place your signature INSIDE THE BOX. Click saved (blue button) it will change to signature of file. Then click the blue sign button next to the file that says TAX RETURN- FORM 8879 - BANK APPLICATION. The light blue box will change from Sign to Signed !! Then the return will be sent to the preparer. The Preparer you should see in the software when it changes from sign to signed. Then send for review team.
