# I’m Trying to Pull in Taxes to Go Return and the Program Keeps Asking Me for a Social Security Number.

When you are asked for a social security number while pulling a Taxes To Go return, it most likely means that the taxpayer did not finish filling out the My Tax Return section nor did they submit it. 

Have the taxpayer completely fill out the My Tax Return section and ensure they submit the data.
