# I Sent Documents to the App to Be Signed, but the Taxpayer Doesn't See Them.

First, resend the documents since there is a chance that they encountered an issue the first time. 

Once you have ensured that you successfully sent the documents, ask the taxpayer to refresh their Taxes To Go app. 

If the problem isn’t solved by then, contact support.
