Why Can’t I View My Taxes to Go User’s Chats?

You can’t view all the Taxes To Go chats in your tax office. Only those whose app returns you’ve claimed are visible. 

Take note that it is only after you claim your first Taxes To Go return that the Taxes To Go chat bar appears. 

It is the preparer to whom a return is assigned is the one able to see the chats.
