The simplest explanation is that your account has not been created at all.

Create an account with our software platform.

Ensure you are logging into the correct website.

If you forgot your username or password, you will not be able to log in.

Go to the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link.

Reset the information and attempt to log in.

There are situations where you can log in to the software program but not prepare taxes.

This error occurs when your username is not marked Active.

To check the Active box, go to the Preparer Menu in the home page.

If you see a message stating that the username is disabled, contact Support.
