While Using The ProWeb, How Can I Print Form 9325?
Form 9325 is granted by the IRS when they accept a taxpayer's electronically filed tax returns or extensions. For proof of filing, a taxpayer may require that this form be printed.
Form 9325 must first be added to a print set before it is printed.
An existing print set is found in the configuration Section of your ProWeb. To get to the print sets on ProWeb:
- From the main menu, select configuration.
- From the list shown, select Print Sets.
- Next to every print set, there is an EDIT option. To add form 9325 to a print set, click on the Edit option next to your preferred print set.
- After clicking, go through the list to where Form 9325 is.
- The number of copies to be printed is your choice.
- Once done, click SAVE.
Note: Only data from returns accepted by the IRS are shown on Form 9325.
You can also use a new print set specifically made for printing Form 9325. To do this, in the Print Sets section, select ADD PRINT SET. Label the print set with a name of your choice then scroll to Form 9325. Again, the number of copies to be printed is your choice.
Upon choosing the number of copies you'd like printed, click SAVE.
On ProWeb, to print form 9325 using a unique print set, go to the main menu and select client search. Search for the client whose form 9325 is to be printed. Next to the client, there is a printer icon, there is a dropdown arrow. Click on this arrow. From the pre populated list, select the print set.
