Documentation Requirements

1. If you are using bank products, your tax returns will not be held due to a lack of the required documentation stated below. However, your prep fees run the risk of being held until documentation is uploaded.

2. If you are not using any bank product returns, your returns will be held until documentation is uploaded.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- valid driver's license or government ID

- social security cards or ITINs for all members on the return

- birth certificates for dependents

- W2s

- 1099

- other documents as applicable
