Copying Configuration To A New Computer

How Can I Copy Configuration To A New Computer? 

Attach a USB/Flash drive to the old (original) computer then: 

  • Go to the Main Menu of Taxx Savage Pro 
  • From the menu, select Configuration 
  • Then Configuration Utilities 
  • Select Copy Configuration to Disk 
  • Then choose the Drive Letter assigned to the drive 
  • Then click OK. 

Once the configuration files have been copied successfully into the drive, you will see the notification - “Configuration Successfully Backed Up”. 

Make sure that Taxx Savage has been installed into the new computer. Once the configuration is copied, eject the drive from the old computer and attach it to the new one then: 

  • Go to the Main Menu of Taxx Savage Pro 
  • From the menu, select Configuration 
  • Proceed to Configuration Utilities 
  • Then Restore Configuration from Disk 
  • Choose the Drive Letter assigned to the drive 
  • Then click OK.
